A seasoned builder and project manager with over 30 years of hands-on experience across Sydney, specialising in both residential and commercial construction. With a strong focus on structural integrity and form—from the ground up—I believe that solid foundations are the cornerstone of great design and lasting results. 

Building Designer |

Italian professional with a Combined BSc & MSc in Building Engineering and Architecture, registered in Italy as an Architect & Building Engineer. His working experience goes from luxury residential design to the structural part of the building.

Urban Planner 

With extensive experience in senior planning roles within State and Local Government, he specializes in strategic planning, environmental assessments, and development approvals. He provides expert court evidence, manages complex developments, and represents various master planning & infrastructure panels

 Urban and Regional Planner 

For over twenty-five years, she has been engaged in urban and regional planning, as well as cultural and natural resource management. Since 2001, she has been consulting for both government and the private sector. She specializes in place-making, social planning, and strategic solutions, delivering sustainable projects on time and within budget

 Heritage Expert 

She is Principal of Heritas Architecture, and is a Registered Architect holding a Masters Degree in Heritage Conservation as well as a Bachelor of Architecture. With over twenty years of experience in heritage architecture, and involvement in local heritage organisations, Linda’s background directs the work of Heritas toward practical solutions to heritage challenges

Principal of Consult Code Solutions, Sean is a well respected Building Code & Access Consultant with 40 years’ experience in the field of Building Code assessment, review, reporting and approvals including specialising in the identification and resolution of BCA fire safety defects and performance solutions

A passion for disability inclusion. and a background in Architecture, Jenna is a true specialist in access solutions, contributes significantly to enhancing Australian accessibility standards and has led may national and international large-scale projects to implement inclusive solutions and solve complex accessibility challenges

 A highly experienced structural and civil engineer in Sydney, with 35 years of expertise in designing and managing infrastructure and building projects. Known for delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions across various sectors

An experienced acoustic specialist and member of the Australian Acoustical Society (AAS) with a strong focus on noise monitoring & acoustic assessments. They have a commitment to achieving precise outcomes with the latest computer modelling programs and NATA certification.
